Urban Alliance is dedicated to developing the untapped potential of DC youth.  We are committed to instructing youth on how to find and maintain sustainable employment, supporting their aspirations for continuing education, and helping them plan & achieve their career goals.

We fundamentally respect a young adult's right to choose his/her life path.  Through our program, youth are able to make informed choices that are based on an experience of professional work, financial literacy, and the past accomplishments of program alumni.

We work to ensure all UA students...

Urban Alliance works to prepare at-risk DC youth for the world of work and a life of self-sufficiency through meaningful, paid internships, adult mentoring, and life skills instruction.

We have employed 850 students in the last decade.
